pets2gems.com is a new and sister site to 'ashes2gems.com' and 'lastwishes.org.uk' where we noticed that visitors and members were both asking and searching for info' about making memorial diamonds from their PETS (as opposed to their partners and family). This new site will grow to provide details concerning grief, vet services and PET associated subjects.

pets2gems is offering a unique world wide service to provide beautiful and unique 'created' diamonds (not CZ - see 'products') made from your beloved pets ashes, nails or hair. This process using hair/nails can be from either a still living or a deceased pet.

We have a very special and unique process which creates a diamond made from both 'cremains' (cremation ashes) or hair/nails by extracting and using the carbon content. The process is quite secret, patented, and extremely scientific but not expensive for a 1-carat coloured diamond. The gem is absolutely unique and obviously 'made' of your loved-one, it is REAL but 'created' and still a precious diamond for you to keep and pass from generation to generation.

Conversion of ashes, nails or hair, into a real 1 carat cut and polished yellow diamond costs around £5250 (fully inclusive).

The price includes liaison with your vet (or grooming service for hair & nails) if required. Setting up an account and special packaging for the collection of the material, uniquely identifying the source, sending it to the laboratory, payment facilities of funds and the release and delivery to your door.

As this is likely to be an important purchase for you, we will gladly discuss arrangements directly with you - firstly by telephone and then later arrange to collect the material you wish to be made into a gem. Using loved-ones ashes is a bit more complex than simply using hair or nails. We will make special arrangements with those concerned.

You can supply us with 'Cremains' or hair and/or nails (the latter from either a living or deceased pet)

Using your pets ashes - we require a minimum of 25-30 grams. If you are not happy about dealing with the 'Cremains' in this way - ask your VET to contact us or call us yourself to provide contact consent. If you are going to use hair or nails, we still need 25-30 grams but this can be accumulated over a period, this could be from your vet or grooming service. We require CLEAN hair and clippings.

25-30 grams of hair or their nails (or both) is about a large handful of hair compressed into a ball (a cupful). If you are intending to use this source of your deceased loved-one, we require clean cuttings, ask your vet to cut the hair after any viewing and before burial or cremation.

If you are planning on using hair (or nails) of a living loved-one, you could take clean cuttings regularly over a period of time to acquire the amounts we need. Seal it in the special bag provided or a 'Zip-Lock' type bag and simply post it to us with the website order form and your name and address. Both arrangements require a 50% pre-paid deposit payment.

Trust us!!!. We have absolutely no reason to cheat you. We feel compassionate and privileged to be able to provide you with an everlasting and valuable memorial. All orders are uniquely identified through the whole delivery and manufacturing process. We take pride in assisting you so that you will recommend us.

Payment of both the deposit and final payment can be made by cheque, bankers draft or transfer (all of which must 'clear' before beginning the process and final delivery). We offer intermediary [Escrow] facilities with SPARTAPAY LTD who hold both deposit and final payment before delivery. Although we have a 14 day cooling off period, we sincerely ask you to consider your order seriously as once we have started the ball rolling and received the required portion of the material being used - the costs and charges will be mounting daily. Some of the work is difficult to cancel, it will depend on the work already carried out. Our supply and the payment method used is subject to the Ordering 'Terms & Conditions' found on our Order Form - but basically - If we have not processed the order and not committed ourselves, i.e. transport or laboratory costs, we will refund
you in full LESS a 5% administration charge subject to our ***Order Form 'Terms & Conditions'***. We are sure you will not require hair or nail back but if 'Cremains' have been partially processed - returns may be impracticable if not impossible - so think hard before you order.

The full processes can take about about 10 weeks. We cannot state exactly how long as these processes are complex and difficult to determine. Orders are also subject to laboratory queuing as the laboratory makes gems and diamonds for the trade (so good is the quality!!!)
